Ingredients per serving:
- 200 ml almond milk;
- 1 teaspoon organic cocoa;
- 5 teaspoon flax seed;
- 1 frozen banana;
- a handful of buckwheat sprouts;
- seeds of one vanilla pod;
- 1 teaspoon honey or stevia to your liking;
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (organic unrefined virgin oil).
All ingredients should be thoroughly whisked in a blender and served with love.
