• Raw organic cocoa powder;
  • Cacao butter;
  • Stevia;
  • Pink Himalayan salt;
  • Nuts;
  • Dried berries;
  • Honey, vanilla to your liking.



Put cocoa butter in a water bath and sink it very slowly at a temperature no higher than 42oC

Add organic cocoa powder and stevia to completely melted butter, while constantly stirring. Stevia can be replaced with agave syrup or honey.

At this stage, you can taste the chocolate and add a little more stevia or honey if you want to make it sweeter.

In order to get bitter chocolate, I recommend taking cocoa powder and cocoa butter in a 1:1 ratio.

Add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.

Watch the temperature of the chocolate.

Pour chocolate mass into silicone molds. You can add some nuts or dried berries and pour the mass on top. To get filled chocolate.

Place the molds in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

It’s best to eat your chocolate on the 2nd or 3rd day to enjoy its taste as much as possible.

If you have some chocolate paste left.

Put any fruit on a skewer and dip it into the chocolate. Let the chocolate cool and enjoy the delicious taste of your healthy dessert!
